All rooms have a garden view.  The gardens of the hotel display beautiful fruit trees of Costa Rica, like cashew apples (and nuts), mango trees, papaya trees, guanabana tree, and an avocado tree.  February through April is when the cashews are fruiting and we make our own cashew apple juice, which is packed with vitamin C.  We harvest the nuts after May.  Nothing better than homegrown, organic cashew nuts.
