There are two types of snorkeling. One is on the rocky beaches near Playa Grande, such as Playa Minas, Playa Conchal, or Playa Carbon. In this case, you would just bring your snorkel guy and swim into the water, staying close to the rocks to see the maximum amount of fish.

The second way would be going out on a boat who will take you to the Catalina islands where the visibility can get up to 30 meters. There are large fish and sea creatures living all around the rocks of these islands. You’ll get two snorkels and rest at a secluded secret beach before coming back for lunch.
