Blue Morpho Butterfly

The Blue Morpho Butterfly is the national butterfly of Costa Rica. We occassionally get the see them pass through Indra Inn. They are majestic and beautiful.

Other Butterflies

There are numerous other butterflies in the Leatherback Marine National Park in Playa Grande, such as the Banded Owl butterfly and the Hecale Longwing.
